In collaboration with The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hong Kong (ELCHK), we developed a tailored Learning Management System (LMS) to empower staff with essential skills and promote ongoing professional development. This platform creates a secure, dedicated environment where employees can expand their expertise, access targeted training resources, and grow their capabilities in alignment with organizational goals. By prioritizing data security and controlled access, the LMS ensures a compliant and efficient learning ecosystem for a diverse workforce.
