Alliance Learning Management System

Developed a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) to empower new employees with rapid access to essential operational knowledge and foundational skills. In the long term, the platform supports ongoing upskilling and career advancement for staff. This innovative system is designed to scale, with a key emphasis on interactive learning experiences. Currently in the testing phase, it is poised to support hundreds of active users upon full rollout. The project involved a seamless migration of 60 courses, including a vast array of images, videos, and interactive activities, along with transferring 100 employees from the legacy system to the new platform—all achieved within just one month.
