In collaboration with EGL Holdings Company Limited, we designed and launched a dedicated Learning Management System (LMS) to align the workforce with the company’s new product roadmap. This flexible, user-centric platform empowers employees to self-educate, upskill efficiently, and stay ahead in a fast-evolving business environment. 

A standout feature is the statistical dashboard, which provides clear, actionable insights into employee progress, quiz performance, course completion rates, and overall training effectiveness. This dashboard enables management to track upskilling impact, identify knowledge gaps, and measure ROI on training initiatives with confidence.

To drive engagement, we implemented MC (multiple-choice) quizzes as the primary interactive tool. These quizzes reinforce course content, test understanding in real time, and make learning more dynamic and retention-focused for staff at all levels.

Now fully operational, the EGL LMS supports workforce alignment, boosts product knowledge across teams, and drives measurable skill development. By combining flexible self-learning with engaging quizzes and powerful statistical oversight, it significantly outperforms generic training platforms in relevance, engagement, and insight generation.
