Supported by the funding of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, Open Up is an online text platform designed specifically to cater to the needs of youngsters experiencing emotional distress from different aspects such as family issues, interpersonal relationships, and academic stress. By connecting to the online text platform when they feel necessary, youngsters could vent their sufferings and stress and could feel a sense of companion and self-determination.

To encourage the youngsters to be involved to this system, an interactive and modern look & feel is proposed throughout the portal, with an energetic interface. UX is one of the important elements focused by i2 in the client’s internal chatting interface so as to build up a comprehensive panel for the counselors/volunteers and duty officers to monitor the chat center.
