In this project, we have worked with The Evangelical Lutheran Church of HK (ELCHK) and The Ping Wo Fund, to develop a chatbot system for providing different advice to people who are addicted to gambling.

The operation time of the chatbot is 7×24 daily, therefore end-users could get responses or advice from time to time. For the backend agent, the management console allows them to take over the conversation with the end-users, to provide a better service for the users.
